With lockdowns continuing (and the potential for snap lockdowns in the future) the following approach will apply to any courses that are affected:
- where possible, courses will move to an online format, with make-up practical sessions held at a later date
- participants who have booked will also be offered free transfers to later courses, and with vaccination rates continuing to climb, these are more likely to go ahead in person
- participants can also request refunds
The Association will accept ‘Cancellation’ of the nominated course up to 7 days before the course date. Under these circumstances, the Association will provide a full refund or if preferred, allocation to the next available course.
Cancellation due to COVID
If the reason for cancellation is due to a positive COVID result or a requirement to self-isolate, then this cancellation policy does not apply and a full refund will be provided.
