It is a condition of inclusion on this list, that the beekeepers are financial members of the Canberra Region Beekeepers Association and that they have current public liability insurance.
The following list comprises Members of our Association who have indicated their willingness* to provide a service to the local community by collecting swarm bees or unwanted bee colonies. All Members on this list are covered by their own Public Liability insurance.
* Some Members will collect for free, others may charge a small fee to cover their costs but this is considerably less than you will pay to have the swarm poisoned by a pest exterminator. Please discuss this with them when you call.
